These Terms govern your use of the Rahbar app and related services. By using Rahbar, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Rahbar, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.
2. Description of Service
Rahbar provides Islamic utility and educational tools including Holy Quran reading, Namaz timings, Qibla direction, Islamic calendar, daily duas, Payam messages, and related resources.
3. Account and Authentication
Certain features require account login through OTP verification using your mobile number. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information during registration
- Maintaining control of your device and account access
- Promptly notifying us of unauthorized account activity
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Rahbar only for lawful and personal use. You must not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or user accounts
- Interfere with app functionality, security, or availability
- Use automated or abusive methods to disrupt services
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code where prohibited by law
5. Permissions and Device Features
Some features require device permissions, such as location and sensor access, to provide prayer timings and Qibla direction. If you deny permissions, specific related features may be unavailable.
6. Intellectual Property
Rahbar branding, design, software components, and proprietary content are owned by or licensed to Rahbar and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Third-Party Services
Rahbar may rely on third-party services such as OTP providers, cloud hosting, analytics, or delivery infrastructure. Their separate terms and policies may also apply where relevant.
8. Service Availability and Changes
We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time to improve security, performance, or user experience. We are not liable for temporary interruptions caused by maintenance or external factors.
9. Disclaimer
Rahbar is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim to provide accurate and dependable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rahbar and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from use of, or inability to use, the app.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are violated, or where necessary to protect users, infrastructure, or legal obligations.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, subject to mandatory local consumer protection requirements.
13. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
